1. WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

You can buy any of our products regardless of whether it falls with the fashion category or the handcraft furniture and painting photos by placing an order online through our website. This method requires that you pay for the product and the cost of delivery depending on your location.

2. WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT PORTFOLIO?

Currently, our product portfolio is limited to the women clothes; targeting customers are teenagers, young adults, unique and designed clothes and handcraft furniture and painting photos. However, this may not be the case in the next few months given that we are working to expand our product portfolio.

3. HOW ARE YOUR CLOTHES PRODUCTS RELATED TO THE HANDCRAFT FURNITURE AND PAINTING PHOTOS?

The two lines of product are not related at al. However, our clients have different tastes for fashion and may extend this to the handcraft furniture and painting photos to satisfy their artistic quests.

4. WHEN BUYING CLOTHES, WHAT DO I DO WHEN I WANT TO TRY ONE ON BEFORE PURCHASING?

This option may not be available for the customers making purchases online or through our website. Therefore, it is important that every client placing an order through the website to provide the correct measurements for his/her size relating to the purchase he is making. This will ensure that the correct product is delivered and that returns are minimized or avoided.

5. DO YOU HAVE AN ONLINE SITE WHERE I CAN PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, we have a website through which you can place your order after reviewing all the available products. A majority of the products that are available on our website reflect almost every feature of the real product at our stores. However, this may not be precise with regard to color and other tiny features.

6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

According to our terms and conditions, when you place an order for any of our products online, you will receive the product within 2 to 3 working/business days.  However, this is dependent on your location or address. For the products that require shipping outside of the country, the timeline may not be 2 to 3 business or working days given that the shipment is dependent on several other variables beyond our control. We will nonetheless ensure that you receive your product on time and in the best conditions possible.

7. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Once we send out your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number number to see exactly where your package is and how long it’ll take to reach you. Or you can also use our Order Tracking Portal.

8. HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?

Our website is controlled by cookies that allow us to tailor the information available as per your interests. We are also guided by a number of laws on data sharing along with our privacy policy that will ensure the information you give us or we collect from you is safe. We are not responsible for any third party links that may be available on our website and thus clicking these links and visiting them will be at your own risk. The safety of your personal data is paramount to our business as outlined in our privacy policy.

9. WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE CLOTHES THAT YOU SELL?

Currently, we sell clothes of all sizes, which imply that we have products to meet the needs of all our customers. These range from the small to the extra large sizes for any customer fitting within these ranges. Since our clothes are unique and designed to reflect a range of cultures, we can also design one upon placing of an order even though the delivery will take longer than the estimated timelines.

10. DO YOU HAVE PLANS TO WIDEN YOU PRODUCT PORTFOLIO TO INCLUDE OTHER AGES AND GENDER OTHER THAN THE WOMEN, YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS THAT YOU CURRENTLY FOCUS ON?

We have a plan to widen our product portfolio as our business grows and our customer base increases.  The plans that are available will see our business introduce clothes for the other ages and gender such as men and children eventually making our online store a one stop shopping. Our handcraft furniture and painting photos are also poised to increase capturing a wide range of themes and interests that reflect the needs of our clients.

12. HOW FLEXIBLE IS YOUR RETURN POLICY IN THE EVENT THAT  THE CLOTH BOUGHT DOES NOT FIT OR THE HANDCRAFT FURNITURE AND PAINTING PHOTOS ARE DAMAGED?

Our return policy has been described as the most flexible and mindful of the needs of the client. For instance, in the event that your realize that you are not happy with the product you have bought, you are free to start the return process by simply filling the return form, and attaching it along with the order and then posting it to us. The return is within the 14 days period allowed.  Our return and delivery policy states that we will cover the cost for sending back your replacement or exchange product if you option to go for a different one other than a refund.
