All the orders that are made to our company though the online platform will be dispatched to your address or location within 2 to 3 working days. In a situation where the product or item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ensure that it is dispatched as soon as it gets to our stores. Our clients will be provided with several options for delivering their items in the course of making their order. The delivery options will be different based on the place where the client is making his order and his/her physical address. For the customers making orders online and based within Australia, we shall offer free delivery capped at purchases above certain amount. However, for those located International, the delivery charges will be imposed as an additional cost to the prices that have been levied on the products at the time of making purchases. The cost levied for delivering the product will depend on the delivery choice that the client makes. For purposes of ensuring that the product or item gets to you on time and without any delay, it is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the latest, accurate and complete information on your address. For the products that will require shipping outside of our geographical area, it will be the sole responsibility of the client to pay for the shipment costs. The shipment cost will be levied on the purchase price as an additional cost and reflect the total amount payable by the client at the time of purchases. We will try all we can to deliver your product within the estimated timeline even though there may be delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
